GUAYAQUIL
BOTANICAL GARDEN

Situated in the city of Guayaquil in an area called "Cerro Colorado"
in the North part of the city.
This garden is made up of approximately 700 species of plants including:
trees used for lumber, fruit trees, and ornamental
and exotic plants. You can also observe birds and butterflies.

BLANCO ("White Hill") GUAYAQUIL

Situated 15 kilometres from Guayaquil, along the road to the coast.
A Dry Tropical Forest which naturally houses approximately 250
species of birds. There are 3 walking trails of different distances.
We recommend bringing: Repellent, tennis shoes/walking shoes, binoculars,
a rain coat, a hat, a camera and a bottle of water.
If you have allergies of any kind to insect bites or stings, or any
other special medical concerns, we recommend that you bring along the appropriate

CAÑAS" Cocoa Ranch

GRANDE" ("Big Rodeo") Ranch-Estate

A traditional livestock and banana plantation farm. You will
have the opportunity to learn first hand about this banana plantation and
observe the different stages taken in the planting and production of the
banana: Sowing, cultivation, harvesting, packing and shipping to the destinations.
